Machine Features

1. Mainly used for seamless laser welding of opening sashes in broken bridge aluminum and aluminum-clad wood doors and windows.

2. Equipped with one 1500W fiber continuous laser and a nationally patented circular oscillating laser welding gun with adjustable beam diameter. Automatically creates a fish-scale pattern that is aesthetically pleasing and full.

3. Dual-station design: Station 1 and Station 2 can weld different materials. Can be operated by one or two people simultaneously to improve efficiency. Comes with one dual-temperature dual-control chiller, which automatically heats at low temperatures and cools at high temperatures, maintaining a constant temperature to significantly extend the service life of the laser and laser head.

4. Embedded 10-inch touchscreen control + high-precision servo motor + Taiwan precision ball screw guide rail. Ensures precise and reliable motion. The human-machine interface is simple and user-friendly, requiring no skilled operators—ordinary workers can quickly learn to use it, saving labor costs.

5. Laser weld seam width and height are precisely controllable with almost no deformation. Yields are nearly 100%. The weld seam is flat and smooth, requiring no milling equipment—only simple grinding is needed, greatly saving labor and resources.

6. Automatically memorizes data of various door and window profiles, automatically adjusts laser power and wire feeding speed. One-click recall for intelligent and efficient operation.
