Machine Features

1. Mainly used for laser seamless welding of operable sashes in broken bridge aluminum and aluminum-clad wood doors and windows.

2. Equipped with a 1500W continuous fiber laser and a patented circular swing laser welding gun. The spot size is adjustable, automatically creating a fish-scale pattern that is aesthetically pleasing and well-formed.

3. Dual-station design: Station 1 and Station 2 can weld different materials. It supports single or dual-person operation to improve efficiency. Comes with a dual-temperature dual-control chiller that automatically heats at low temperatures and cools at high temperatures, maintaining constant temperature and significantly extending the lifespan of the laser and welding head.

4. Embedded 10-inch touchscreen control + high-precision servo motor + precision ball screw guide rail from Taiwan, ensuring accurate and reliable motion. The user interface is simple and user-friendly—no technician needed; regular workers can learn quickly, saving labor costs.

5. Laser weld seam width and height are precisely controllable with minimal deformation. Finished product rate is nearly 100%. The weld seam is flat and smooth, eliminating the need for milling equipment—simple grinding is sufficient, greatly saving manpower and resources.

6. Automatically stores data for various door and window profiles, automatically adjusts laser power and wire feeding speed. One-click recall for smart and efficient operation.
